The DM Review 100 consists of vendors that received the highest total score using a four-point scale, ranging from excellent to poor based on responses to DM Review's readership survey. This total score consists of three equally weighted metrics, including product quality, market share and customer satisfaction. Respondents were also asked to rank the extent to which they believe their organisations realised a tangible ROI as a result of using certain solutions and products.
