BALA CYNWYD, PA-NOVEMBER 16, 2004-FXpress Corporation, a leading provider of treasury risk management software, today announced the expansion of operations overseas with the opening of a new support and sales headquarters Just outside of London. This strategic expansion will grow FXpress' global presence and
allow the corporation to better meet the increasing demand for localized support from its expanding European client base.
Keith Harris, a former vice president at JPMorgan Chase Bank, will oversee operations at the United Kingdom headquarters. Mr. Harris spent 17 years in the cash management division of JPMorgan, with ten of those years spent implementing and supporting electronic banking products---including systems for payment instruction, delivery and account reporting, image lock box, trade and custody related products---for international clients. Mr. Harris spent the remainder of this time in product management, working with the consulting and sales departments to develop innovative cash management solutions in many areas, including collections and disbursements, pooling and sweeping structures, and front office products, such as FX instruction delivery and
pricing. Mr. Harris graduated with a joint honours degree in Computer Science and Economics from Keele University and was briefly a programmer with Imperial Cancer Research Fund before joining JPMorgan Chase in
