Archive Systems Signs Agreement with Pacific Coast Mortgage

Fairfield, NJ (February 10, 2004) - Archive Systems, Inc., a leading provider of web-based hosted imaging and document storage services, announces it has recently contracted with Pacific Coast Mortgage, Inc. of Scottsdale, AZ to provide them with centralized, off site hard copy storage for their headquarters office and 40 branch locations. Archive Systems will provide a cost effective and value added solution that will replace their existing local hard copy storage service.

Pacific Coast Mortgage sought out a comprehensive document management service provider that could make available an expanded service offering to accommodate their growing mortgage and banking business needs. With Archive Systems' hard copy storage solution, Pacific Coast Mortgage can track their entire inventory, generate reports and request information from any one of their company's locations, all through the use of a standard web browser. Pacific Coast Mortgage foresees business expansions in their Banking divisions in which they will be able to take advantage of Archive Systems' web-based image hosting and document scanning solution, Archive DocuLogic.
