London, May 14, 2004 – Financial Objects, a leading supplier of advanced technology banking software and services, announced that immediately following its AGM held in London on May 6th, Paul Fullagar was appointed to the Board as a Non-Executive Director.

Paul has worked within the Software industry for over 16 years and also currently holds non-executive positions at Marlborough Stirling plc and Teamware Group OY, based in Helsinki. He was Chairman of Staffware plc for 12 years during which he oversaw its floatation on AIM and subsequently move to the Full List. Roger Foster Chairman of Financial Objects comments "Paul’s successful background further strengthens our Board and I am delighted that we are able to attract individuals of Paul’s calibre to the management team. As Financial Objects moves forward, I see Paul’s experience in growing successful and sustainable businesses as a key component as we map and continue to deliver our future growth strategy."

Paul added, "I was originally attracted by the underlying strengths of Financial Objects as an investor. As I have got to see more of the company and review its market position and sector, I have come to recognize the latent potential that exists. I am looking forward to getting to understand more about the business and its customers as well as helping to unlock this potential."
