ZOOLOGIC, INC. ANNOUNCES NEW CEO. Tech veteran Bruce Rusch to lead Zoologic

New York, NY, May 11, 2004—Zoologic, Inc.—a learning company serving the financial services industry—today announced the appointment of Bruce Rusch as Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Rusch knows Zoologic well, having served for the past three years on its board of directors.

A technology expert with a proven track record of building and growing companies, Bruce Rusch brings nearly 25 years of executive management experience to the CEO position at Zoologic. Mr. Rusch was most recently President and CEO of HighStreet Networks, a network management software company. Before founding HighStreet Networks, Mr. Rusch served as President of the Analogic Corporation, a leading designer and manufacturer of advanced health and security systems and subsystems. Mr. Rusch succeeds David Samuels, who recently resigned as CEO of Zoologic.
