After signing for BM+ IFM, IDOMâs functionally rich, Internet Banking solution, Peter Mitchell, CAF BANKâs Head of Banking Services commented;

Our current system offers enquiry functionality only, whereas the transaction processing capabilities within BM+ IFM, coupled with leading edge security features, will allow us to significantly improve the service to our clients without the need to recruit additional people."

Pete continued, "BM+ IFM is currently used by banks in London & Birmingham in the UK, the Channel Islands and in the Caribbean. Until now, small and medium sized financial organisations have found it difficult to justify the expense of such a functionally rich solution. Our pricing model changes that. We are also talking to a number of banks that are considering upgrading from first generation solutions offering little more than account balance enquiries"
