The initial priority is to identify an additional Practice Leader to take responsibility for the Business Process Outsourcing Practice. The Principal Consultant/Practice Leader will be responsible for leadership of the development and delivery of the companyâs consulting services in this area. He or she will be expected to fulfill a thought leadership role both internally and externally and establish a high profile as an acknowledged expert within the financial services sector. In addition to development of the service offering, participating in pre-sales activities, and promotion of the company through publication of articles and conference speaking, the Practice Leader will be expected to manage and participate in the delivery of client assignments.
The successful candidate should have a good degree or equivalent graduate level professional qualification, and at least ten years relevant business experience, which will have been gained in the Wholesale Finance sector working for either a financial institution or a consultancy. Ideally, the candidate should be able to demonstrate a proven ability to lead the development of a consulting practice.
The company is also interested in talking to potential Consultants with at least five years relevant business experience, which will have been gained in the Wholesale Finance sector working for either a financial institution or a consultancy. Candidates for these positions should have a good knowledge of the workings of financial markets, and an in-depth understanding of the business processes and supporting systems requirements for one or more groups of Treasury and Capital Markets products.
