ADP and Reuters join forces to offer tools for Wealth Management

New York, NY - January 26, 2004 - ADP Brokerage Services Group (ADP), a division of Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (NYSE: ADP), and Reuters Group (Nasdaq: RTRSY; LSE: RTR) today announced that they have signed a joint development and co-marketing agreement to offer integrated desktop products to retail financial advisors.

By leveraging the best of what ADP has to offer through its ProVisor application, including real-time access to account-level and tax lot information as well as online order entry, and integrating it with the market data, news and research of Reuters Plus, ADP and Reuters are providing a robust producer workstation. This integration exemplifies the commitment of both firms to expand their offerings to meet the changing needs of the retail brokerage marketplace.
