NEOMAlogic signs the Société Générale Group as a Global Trade Portal customer

Paris, February 9, 2004 - NEOMAlogic, a provider of Internet-based Trade Finance solutions for the financial services industry, announced today that the Société Générale Group has signed a software license agreement to use the Global Trade Portal platform to offer on-line trade services to its customers.

Looking extensively for an integrated electronic banking Trade Finance solution for its international operations, Société Générale has selected NEOMAlogic's Global Trade Portal to offer its corporate customers a full-featured Internet-based console for the on-line management of Letters of Credit, Guarantees, and Forfaiting requests.

The state-of-the-art technology in the solution combined with its comprehensive set of features, the capability to interface with the bank's existing core systems and the clients' ERP systems as well as the proven track record of deployment of Global Trade Portal globally were all decisive in the bank's choice.

"We have selected NEOMAlogic's software because it fully addresses our functional requirements and our stringent technical criteria."

Olivier Berthier, Managing Director of NEOMAlogic said "we are delighted to have been chosen by Société Générale after their thorough selection process.
