Mosaic Software Adds 42 New Clients in 2003

Continued rapid growth highlights strong demand for Mosaic Software's
Postilion - open systems transaction processing software.

LONDON, UK, February 17th, 2003 - Mosaic Software, the global transaction
processing solutions provider, announced the addition of 42 new customers at
a recent meeting of the Postilion User Group Americas ( held 22nd -23rd
January in Deerfield Beach, FL. This significant increase in new clients is
attributed to the success of the company's partner and re-seller
initiatives, as well as Mosaic Software's proven ability to efficiently
address the worldwide market's requirements for product functionality,
installation and support.

Of the 42 new customers, 62% (26) are located in North America, with the
balance spread throughout the world. There were 30 new customers for ATM
driving, indicating the strong demand for in-house processing by financial
institutions, ISOs and processors. Other new clients included several major
retailers, who use Postilion for POS transaction processing, gift & loyalty
card applications, and as a corporate gateway for centralised transaction
switching & management reporting. Postilion was also chosen for a
next-generation insurance benefits disbursement system, displacing millions
of paper checks with pre-paid debit cards.

"We are pleased to add so many new clients and we view this success as a
tremendous vote of confidence in Mosaic Software's ability to meet the
demands of our customers," stated Johann Dreyer, CEO at Mosaic Software.
"The continued shift within the transaction processing industry - away from
legacy systems toward more efficient and cost-effective open systems - will
continue to position Mosaic Software as a leader in the industry."
