"We were impressed by Selkirk's intense focus on serving the needs of the treasury function," said Lynn Grismer, director, cash and risk management for Relizon. "We're a company that's dedicated to delivering business process improvements for our customers, so we understand how important it is to have in-depth process expertise."
The need to migrate to a different database platform and upgrade the current
system triggered Relizon's search for a new solution. "Our prior treasury management workstation database was difficult to manage," Grismer said. "Using Selkirk's system we will employ a Sequel database which is fully supported by IT.
"When we started looking at other vendors, we found many satisfied Selkirk
customers right here in Ohio," added Grismer. "These positive customer references led us to believe Selkirk is interested and capable of forming a long-term relationship with Relizon."
Grismer also mentioned that features like the "Today Page" dashboard will allow multiple users within Relizon's financial area to get a clear picture of key information. "With the Selkirk solution, it seems easier to make changes, maneuver in the system, and extract key data when we need it," explained Grismer. "We are impressed with their ability to adapt to our individual needs and look forward to improved support from Selkirk. These little things will make a big difference to our daily productivity."
