announced today the launch of BITA Star.
BITA Star will provide fund managers, family offices and private banks with a
sophisticated new system that addresses key areas of the private client
Taking a workflow approach BITA Star helps the investment manager identify
clientsâ appetite for risk and return and their need for income or capital growth. This approach assists the firm comply with "Know Your Client" requirements and provides the input into the portfolio construction phase.
BITA Star calculates a proposed asset class level allocation for the client, or for model fund based managers, selects a recommended model portfolio based on
the client profile. As private clients require high quality reporting and analysis BITA Star produces a comprehensive report pack. This provides textual, tabular and graphical information about portfoliosâ asset class allocations, risk and performance. The fund manager uses these reports to agree the investment strategy with the client and can then use BITA Star to review this strategy on a regular basis into the future.
