CityCompass announces the first vendors to agree to take part in the B.I.S.S. December 2004 Benchmarking of Integration and Web Services Systems

London, UK 4 August 2004 – CityCompass, the independent facilitator of contemporary market issues affecting the financial services sector, today announced that Integra SP and Magic Software have joined TIBCO Software and PolarLake to take part in this years benchmarking of Integration and web services systems for financial services. The benchmarking will be concentrating on the flexibility of Integration and Web services to work with legacy systems to meet the many business challenges in financial services in 2005.

PolarLake and TIBCO software were both favourably received in the Bloor Research report based on the benchmarking process and detailed product review last year. This year entrants will have to prove their systems capability to achieve the new B.I.S.S. Gold label accreditation for meeting the industry business benchmarks. We expect to announce further participants shortly"
