Front office portfolio management software provider, Financial Simplicity, has added to its growing list of customers by signing up Parker Asset Management.

Parker Asset Management, who is consistently ranked in the top 2 ‘Leaders’ Funds by Assirt, has licensed Financial Simplicity’s software to manage their Individually Managed Accounts (IMA) and public unit trust.

The solution, which is designed for boutique fund and portfolio managers, provides Parker Asset Management with substantial efficiencies through a single front office portfolio management system, replacing numerous spreadsheets and manual processes.

The software enables Parker Asset Management to rapidly apply their comprehensive research analysis to rebalance, and implement adjustments to, many client specific investment portfolios as well as the unit trust.

Philip Parker, Managing Director of Parker Asset Management, states "The Financial Simplicity software allows us to efficiently implement changing recommendations from our research to large numbers of different client portfolios".

Parker goes on to say "By leveraging the best of innovative technologies such as Financial Simplicity, we can spend more time on our core research and client service activities, benefiting our clients, and making our business more profitable".

Financial Simplicity has designed a solution for investment managers that allow them to more efficiently manage large numbers of individual portfolios, without the significant cost of replacing existing back office administration systems.

"There is a large gap in the vendor market where many investment managers are stuck between an ongoing need to improve portfolio management, and the realities of the cost of replacing administrative back office systems" says Mr Holdsworth.

"Financial Simplicity offers the latest in technology solutions, without the cost of platform replacement."
