DALLAS (March 31, 2004) â eiStream, Inc., a leading provider of Business Process Management solutions to more than 5,000 customer sites in 134 countries, today said it has posted a three-year gain in compounded revenues of more than 43 percent, making it one of the fastest growing companies in the Business Process Management (BPM) industry. At the same time, eiStream announced that its recently acquired subsidiary, eiStream Identitech, had been listed in KMWorld Magazineâs â100 Companies that Matter" for the second year in a row.
The consistent growth is credited to the companyâs focus on innovative software and unsurpassed customer support. Revenue growth in 2003 represented the third consecutive year of double-digit growth, eiStream reported, and the outlook for 2004 continues this trend.

- A $1 million software and services contract with one of the largest insurers in the Netherlands.
- A $750,000 software and services contract with a leading U.S. credit card payment processor for online management of charge-backs and retrieval requests.
- Four contracts with a combined value of more than $1 million in the Greater Asia Region for software and services for two of the largest regional banks and two major insurance carriers serving Asia.
- A $500,000 software and services agreement with one of the largest banking and financial services companies in Europe.
