Shopenn began her career with a Texas-based bank where she had responsibilities for business development and commercial lending. She then spent 15 years in various sales and implementation roles and ultimately as corporate vice president for Argo Data Systems, a provider of applications and technology to help financial services companies automate processes, increase efficiency and better use their customer information.
More recently, Shopenn held a position with Seibel Systems, Inc., a provider of business applications software, as senior industry solutions executive for financial services. In that capacity, she was responsible for assisting the field sales force and helping to ensure that the company was fully meeting client needs. Before joining TouchPoint Solutions, she served as senior vice president for Edge Services, a consulting firm that assists financial organizations with the implementation and upgrading of software solutions.
