Fast growing consultancy adds to its c-level calibre staff

London, UK, 27 November 2003 - The Buttonwood Tree Group, a world-class business and technology consultancy focused on the financial services sector, today announces the appointment of Elizabeth Sipière as a group director. Elizabeth is joining the fast growing consultancy to help manage the operations of the company and, in particular, to support the company's next stage of growth and development.

and processes to ensure the company continues to provide the thought leadership that it has become well-known for. Elizabeth was recently CEO of Interbizz Financial Systems Limited, a trade
order management software vendor, where she was brought in to restructure the business and assets. The company assets have now successfully been sold
to a US broker. Prior to Interbizz, Elizabeth was head of global capital markets at HP based in the US. In this role she had responsibility for sales growth, solution and partner strategies, internal funding and regional teams' development.
