Reuters supplies investment research platform

London - Reuters (LSE: RTR , Nasdaq: RTRSY), the global information company, today announced that it has developed and deployed a customised proprietary, web-based investment research and analytics desktop solution for AEGON Asset Management UK, an Edinburgh based company with funds under management of more than £30 billion. The platform is designed to reflect, support and enhance AEGON Asset Management's individual investment process.

The platform will contain a variety of Reuters Research information feeds, including: global broker research, global detailed estimates and global fundamental data co-mingled with an array of Reuters market data feeds.

Internal AEGON Asset Management research documents, stock recommendations, target prices, informal commentary and upcoming internal events will also be available, helping AEGON Asset Management obtain an immediate picture of where they are placed with regards to current internal investment opinion. This platform will also significantly enhance AEGON Asset Management's ability to communicate and share proprietary information efficiently with colleagues and teams situated at different geographic locations within the organisation.
