Los Angeles, CA – November 3, 2003 - Integrated Decision Systems, an industry leader in portfolio management solutions, announced today the appointment of Donald H. Totter as Chief Executive Officer.

"We are very happy to be working with someone of Don’s caliber," said Jerald Jackrel, President of IDS. "His expertise in this industry and experience in partnering with customers to support mission critical solutions will be of tremendous benefit to IDS and its clients."

"I am thrilled to be joining IDS at a very exciting time in the company’s history," said Don Totter, CEO of IDS. "There are few software companies with the product suite, customer base, service commitment and opportunities that IDS enjoys. The company’s ability to help global financial services firms to grow customer assets is very exciting. IDS is extremely well positioned to take advantage of the increasing outsourcing opportunities in the market – and we intend to pursue those opportunities aggressively."

Totter has 24 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a successful history of growing businesses at world-class companies. As Chief Sales Officer for the Brokerage Division of ADP (NYSE: ADP), Totter led ADP’s growth in the outsourcing of securities processing for the equity and fixed income markets globally. Prior to ADP, Totter served as General Manager for JJ Kenny/S&P, a McGraw-Hill company, where he introduced access to Kenny’s municipal bond information via third-party platforms such as Bloomberg. Before that, Totter was EVP and Deputy Managing Director for Knight-Ridder Financial, a financial information company that was acquired by Bridge in 1996.

"Don is a key addition to IDS," said Bob Barrett, partner at FTVentures, a major investor in IDS. "Already a leader in software for the financial services industry, IDS is poised to expand into exciting new areas of the marketplace. Don is the perfect CEO to oversee the future of IDS – especially as we launch our new ASP versions of Global Investment Managerâ."

"Don’s extensive and diverse experience will help us achieve our strategic goals and continue to expand our leadership position," said Joe Page, a principal in Shelter Capital Partners, which co-led the Company’s most recent round of financing. "He knows how the financial services industry operates and we look forward to a long and successful relationship. He is a great addition to our team."
