ADP Selects Sector, Inc. to Provide Connectivity to SFTISM ADP To Use SectorNet® Managed Extranet for Primary and Backup Data Centers

New York, N.Y., November 3, 2003 Sector, Inc.®, a leading managed services, communications, and data distribution provider for the financial services industry announced today that ADP Brokerage Services Group, a division of Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (NYSE: ADP) has signed a multi-year agreement to utilize SectorNet® managed extranet solutions for end-to-end connectivity to SIAC'sSM Secure Financial Transaction InfrastructureSM (SFTISM). SectorNet also provides clients with access to the entire suite of financial data feeds provided by SIAC for NYSE and AMEX.

Under terms of the agreement, Sector will provide high capacity connectivity from ADP's primary and disaster recovery data centers into multiple SFTI access points. SFTI is SIAC's shared infrastructure that provides resilient and manageable connectivity to SIAC and its affiliates with no single point of failure. In order to satisfy ADP's requirements for the highest levels of reliability, Sector used diverse telecommunications carriers to provide further improvements to business continuity.

Sector's end-to-end managed services consist of:
- Provisioning and configuration of equipment at ADP's premises
- Physical point-to-point, electrical, or optical interface facilities to the SFTI access points
- 24X7 monitoring and management of bandwidth utilization to ensure there are no network traffic bottlenecks between a client site and ADP
- 24X7 customer support
- Equipment maintenance and upgrades

By selecting the managed service option, ADP can use its resources to focus
on its core business while Sector handles all of the connectivity
implementation and monitoring functions. As an added benefit, ADP will be
able to add new telecommunications services more quickly, in some cases up
to eight times faster versus the provisioning of new private line facilities.

"ADP required a solution that will provide highly reliable connectivity to
SIAC applications which are critical for our clients' businesses", said
Mark Schlesinger, CIO, ADP Brokerage Services Group. "We chose SectorNet
because of the proven high levels of performance, security, and reliability
as well as Sector's connectivity at all eight SFTI access points. In
addition, SectorNet is a more cost effective connectivity solution which
will benefit both ADP and our clients."

SectorNet® connects to major financial exchanges, the NYSE's Common Access
Point (CAP), NYSE OpenBookTM, AMEX Access Network (AAN), clearing
institutions, insurance companies, banks, financial institutions, brokers, market data vendors, national market systems, and service bureaus.

In addition, ADP will leverage SectorNet for connectivity to the ADP client
base. This will provide ADP's clients with secure redundant connectivity
to ADP as well as other business partners. As a private IP network, SectorNet enables clients to communicate with single or multiple participants, internal and external organizations, as well as SIAC's trading systems and applications.
