Stamford, CT - November 24, 2003: NYFIX, Inc. (NASDAQ: NYFX) today announced it has deployed FIX (Financial Information eXchange) connectivity access for routing OTC orders to the American Stock Exchange (Amex), the nation's second largest floor-based exchange.

All NYFIX trading applications and the NYFIX Network are enabled to seamlessly route OTC stocks to the Amex and are ready to support the pilot launch of certain Nasdaq Unlisted Trading Privileges (UTP) issues.
