INDUSTRY VETERAN, JIM GARY, JOINS FUTURE DYNAMICS' BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Chicago/November 18, 2003: Future Dynamics is pleased to announce the appointment of industry veteran, Jim Gary, as Chairman of the Board. In his new role, Gary’s activities will focus on strategic planning, industry issues and corporate expansion.

Highly regarded throughout the industry, Gary brings over 30 years experience to the board. Gary is well-known for building ABN AMRO into one of the largest global futures firms and has held noted positions with Merrill Lynch, Saul Stone & Company and the Chicago Stock Exchange. Gary has also served on the FIA Board of Directors for a number of years and currently serves as a special advisor to the FIA Board.

Jim Gary was originally introduced to Future Dynamics’ CEO, Steve Grob, when ABN Amro signed as one of Future Dynamics’ first clients. In 2002, Jim Gary was hired by Future Dynamics on a consultancy basis to assist with US expansion efforts.
