Xtiva Adds Roy Staines to Board

April 30, 2003 – San Francisco. Xtiva Financial Systems announced today that the firm has added a new member to the Board of Directors, Mr. Roy Staines, former President of ADP-Wilco.

Mr. Staines is currently an ADP Brokerage Service Group Global Managing Director responsible for strategic accounts. Mr. Staines will not be representing ADP on the Xtiva Board. Prior to this recent appointment, Roy was President of ADP-Wilco, an international subsidiary of ADP, specializing in global securities processing solutions and outsourcing services for many of the world’s leading investment firms, with regional offices in all major financial centers worldwide.

Roy began his business career as a computer programmer at Shell Petroleum Company in London. During the 1970’s, Roy worked as the European Head of Systems and Programming for major Dutch fashion house C&A Brennikmeyer supporting major offices in Amsterdam and Dusseldorf. He was also a lecturer in computer technology at the Fitch Institute of Data Processing. In 1982, Roy co-founded Essex Computer Systems that in 1984 merged with Wilco International. Roy then became a partner and Head of Sales and Marketing for Wilco and subsequently in May 1987, he established Wilco’s regional office for the Americas in New York.
