Federal Reserve Veteran to Head Brasfield Technology Affiliate

Birmingham, AL (May 21, 2003) Russell Lloyd has been hired to manage Image Exchange LLC, an affiliate company of Brasfield Technology, LLC that will offer digital check clearing for financial institutions.

Lloyd has spent over 23 years in the banking industry in Alabama, including 15 years at the Federal Reserve Bank of Birmingham. His responsibilities there over the years include Federal Reserve account representative where he was responsible for visiting, advising, and marketing Federal Reserve Bank services to over 290 Alabama banks and credit unions and manager of Fedline Services where he installed, supported, and upgraded all Alabama Fedline customers, supervised a staff that supported Fedline customers and coordinated Fedline training events, seminars, and trade shows.

Prior to his tenure at the Federal Reserve Bank, Lloyd worked for McDonnell Douglas Banking Systems where he served as an associate programmer, conducted conversions, and was a telephone support representative. Lloyd also has experience at AmSouth Bank were he was a data processing sales representative and staff auditor.

Lloyd is a graduate of The University of Alabama where he obtained a B.S. in Business Administration. He is an Accredited ACH Professional and a 2002 graduate of the Community Bankers Association Banking School. He resides with his wife and nine children in Bessemer, AL.
