As Senior Vice President, Bohannon will report directly to Stephen Grob, CEO of FDL, and will be responsible for heading US Operations out of FDIâs Chicago office.
"FDI has experienced increased growth and revenue continuously over the last five quarters. We hired Bohannon to oversee US Operations as increasing demand for our products and services creates new operational challenges," comments Grob.
Bohannon has worked in the commodities industry for over 20 years and has an extensive IT background, managing the development and support of multiple front-end and back office data systems within the FCM community.
Beginning his career in back office data processing at Index Futures, Bohannon moved to FC Stone, where he became VP of Operations and worked closely with FDLâs industry consultant, Jim Gary. After spending two years with Patsystems, Plc., Bohannonâs dynamic background provides FDLâs management team with proven industry experience and leadership in the US market.
"I decided to join Future Dynamics because of its unique workflow approach to the challenges faced by the FCM community as electronic trading drives commissions and volumes in opposite directions," adds Bohannon. "The ability to offer multiple, proven products at each stage of the electronic trading process, in addition to providing specialized consultancy and custom development services, truly positions Future Dynamics as a technology leader. I am excited about the opportunity and challenge to become the US head of such a dynamic team."
