New York, May 14, 2003 - Random Walk Computing, Inc., a leading provider of enterprise technology solutions for financial services organizations, today announced the appointment of Jeffrey Hertzberg as a senior engagement manager. In this role he will lead client engagements as Random Walk continues to expand its business. He will report to Lloyd Altman, director of consulting at Random Walk.
Prior to joining Random Walk, Mr. Hertzberg, a two-decade industry veteran, co-founded and served as president of Xenotrope, Inc., a consulting firm focused on software development for the financial industry. Xenotropeâs customers included the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, J.P. Morgan & Co., and Chase Manhattan.
Before his role at Xenotrope, Mr. Hertzberg was a principal at financial technology consulting firm Fusion Systems Group, Inc., where he was in charge of projects for such customers as Goldman Sachs and Moodyâs Investors Service. Mr. Hertzbergâs prior experience also includes Seer Technologies, Citibank, Merrill Lynch, Security Pacific Software Services Inc., and Irving Trust Company. Mr. Hertzberg is an active speaker and moderator for industry events such as the CIO Forum, covering a wide range of topics from Wireless Web to XML to e-commerce.
