Philip Corryn’s Promotion Marks Drive Toward New Growth, Emphasis o­n Innovative ‘referencePoint’ Solution

NEW YORK (May 13, 2003) - - FAME Information Services, Inc., a leading provider of historical and reference data management solutions for the financial, energy and public sector markets, today announced the appointment of Philip Corryn to the position of vice president, North American sales.

Corryn, who has been with FAME for four years, most recently held the position of New York regional sales manager where, said FAME CEO Dale Richards, "He has been a driving force in closing new sales, renegotiating and managing major client contracts, and strategizing product marketing initiatives."

Prior to joining FAME, Corryn was a senior account! executive with Instinet, where he sold a high-end equity analysis market data information service to West Coast institutions and brokerage firms.Before that, he was vice president of sales with Capital Management Sciences/Data Broadcasting Corporation.There, he developed the business plan for a new sales organization and assisted in the product development of a new Internet-based quote system.

Corryn has also held sales management positions at Bridge Information Systems, Inc./Knight-Ridder Financial, Inc. and S&P Comstock/McGraw Hill, Inc.He holds a bachelor’s degree from Kenyon College.
