Brasfield Data Services operates Kirchman Corporationâs BankwayTM software on a Sun MicrosystemsâTM server and focuses on providing customers with a level of unsurpassed customer service.
"Central State Bank decided to use Brasfield Data Services primarily because of the people who work there," said Gene Holder, compliance officer for Central State Bank. "Over the past five years our staff has learned to trust and rely upon key members of the Brasfield Team as partners in our bank's efforts to provide our customers with excellent quality and service. The support of Brasfield employees has proven to be invaluable to our operations."
Holder added, "Even though we have not yet converted our data processing, Brasfield's commitment to service and the support of its staff have already been extended to our bank through use of its help desk and other services."
Central State Bank is scheduled to convert to Brasfield Data Services in October 2003.
"We are pleased to provide Central State Bank with core processing services," said Kevin Conaway, president of Brasfield Data Services. "Our staff is excited about working with them and providing them with the service and support that they need to execute their daily operations."
