EAI Industry Consortium Announces netdecisions as its 10th European Member

London, UK 16th June 2003 - The EAI (Enterprise Application Integration) Industry Consortium today announced that netdecisions has joined the Consortium to become the latest founding member.

netdecisions is a global technology solutions group based in the UK that integrates business and technology to build agility within large enterprises. It specialises in defining strategic IT architectures and integrating disparate applications and systems to enable business visibility across the enterprise. netdecisions has become the latest founding member for Europe to join the Consortium, a global independent non-profit group that launched in Europe earlier this year. The Consortium's mission is to promote Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) through the establishment of standards, guidelines and best practices, and to enable companies that have invested in EAI to protect their investments and maximise their returns.

netdecisions will benefit from research forums and working group committees where it will be able to speak with EAI vendors, implementers and end user corporations. Michael Morris of netdecisions comments "netdecisions views the EAI Industry Consortium as an integral part of its continued success in building customer-focussed EAI solutions which are functions of a requirements-driven approach as part of an overall enterprise architecture. We are looking forward to adding to the Consortiums' best practices whilst benefiting from research forums, closer vendor involvement and joint working group committees."

"We are delighted that netdecisions has joined the EAI industry Consortium. The Consortium has established an infrastructure to support member driven initiatives and we very much look forward to netdecisions contribution to the group," says Steve Craggs, EAIIC Vice-Chair (Europe).
