Ubitrade Reiterates Commitment To US Market With New Appointment

Ubitrade, a leading supplier of advanced systems solutions for trading, risk management and back office on capital markets, today announces the
promotion of Eric Wicart as Managing Director of its USA office, Ubitrade Inc., based in Chicago.

Eric will be heading the US office, set up in 2001, where he will be in
charge of US operations. Eric Wicart first joined Ubitrade (then ATSM) in June 1995. He has been responsible for building a strong sales team and successfully developing Ubitrade's business throughout the world.

Eric Wicart graduated from the Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC)
Business School in Jouy-en-Josas (in the Parisian suburbs). Commenting on his new role, Eric Wicart says: "I am delighted to promote Ubitrade on the North American market, which offers a great potential at a time when US players show an increasing interest in electronic trading. Our book keeping system is well positioned to meet current requirements, as it has been fully tried and tested by electronic exchanges and clearing systems in Europe, whose technology tends to become a standard in the electronic trading area."

Didier Bouillard, Chief Executive Officer commented: "North America is a strategic growth market for Ubitrade. We already have demonstrated our capability to successfully replace either Sungard's GMI or Rolfe and Nolan's Risc systems. Heading the US operations, Eric will now be in a strongest position to accelerate Ubitrade's development on the North American market.
This appointment is also consistent with our policy to bring the highest
quality of service to our clients by providing local support and service.
Another example of this policy is the recent set-up of a local development
team, entirely devoted to US markets specificities."
