Zeleniak joined Rush Creek Solutions, a Denver-based professional services consultancy firm, as its Chief Operating Officer in October of 2000. Previously he had been Chief Administrative Officer for Comprehensive Software Systems Inc., a front- to back-office software developer serving the financial services industry.
From March 1993 till February 1997 he was Chief Financial Officer at ROSS Technology Inc., a microprocessor design and manufacturing company he took public in 1995, raising $64 million. Between 1980 and 1990 he worked at Intel and Motorola in the areas of financial analysis and strategic planning.
Zeleniak received undergraduate degrees in accounting, finance and economics from Penn State University in 1979 and graduated magna cum laude with an MBA from the University of Cincinnati in 1980.
