Deutsche Bank Awards Open Information Systems Contract for Global Corporate Trust Web Portal and Trade Automation

SANDY HOOK, CT, October 18, 2002 - Open Information Systems (OIS), a leading provider of Web Enablement and Corporate Trust Accounting systems, announced today that Deutsche Bank's Corporate Trust and Agency division has awarded the firm a significant contract for the delivery and maintenance of a Global Corporate Trust Web Portal and supporting Commercial Paper and Medium Term Note automation services.

Deutsche Bank's top tier Corporate Trust department is committed to furthering the bank's reputation as being the industry's highest quality provider. The project with OIS is part of a significant re-design of the bank's global operations area and processing strategies. OIS will replace the bank's Noteline offering and move the bank to an all Internet based service delivery model. Deutsche Bank licensed OIS's Money Market Manager product to be the foundation for the project, which was selected because of its capability to rapidly implement the bank's new model and achieve its vision quickly and with a minimum of development risk.
