The new front office system, Guava Dealer, and back office system, Guava Ops, will be implemented in the Sydney office, to handle American Expressâs Australian operations.
Mr Joseph Wong, Managing Director, CCK said one of the strengths of Guava is its ability to interface and integrate with other systems already used within an organisation.
"Guava is recognised for its ability to meet specific integration
requirements, including integrating with both the systems used within client
organisations, and the systems of their business partners," said Mr Wong.
Mr Wong said, "We are extremely excited to have another international financial institution take up CCKâs new generation technology. American Express will be the fourth implementation of Guava following ING Bank (Australia) Ltd who went live with the system earlier this year."
Guava is a fully integrated suite of front to back office treasury applications allowing companies to manage all aspects of their treasury and risk management operations through a central system. The suite of products cover dealing (including pricing of financial products, portfolio analysis and deal capture), risk management (including limit management, computation of Value at Risk and compliance reporting), operations (including confirmations and settlement) and accounting.
