"The partnership with TradingScreen allows us to offer a truly integrated solution" says Hervé Vinciguerra, Sophis CEO. "The very good feedback received from a wide range of participants is positive proof that we are filling a key gap in the growing technology needs of asset managers. Sophis will spread this agreement to its asset management and investment banking activities and will thus be able to propose to its 1,200 users a direct market connection thanks to TradingScreen."

For Philippe Buhannic, CEO and President of TradingScreen, "the signing of this very unique agreement will enable asset managers to benefit from a unified solution for all steps of the investment management process and to integrate easily for their benefit the best-of-breed systems environment: client-server for asset-management processing and XML based messaging for transactions. The partnership combines teams with complementary products, geographical coverage and expertise. This agreement simplifies to a great extent the multiple connectivity challenges imposed today on asset managers and significantly reduces time to market for electronic connection to their trading partners"

This is a non-exclusive partnership and each company will be able to integrate its solutions with other systems providers.
