Algorithmics appoints new Regional Sales Directors for EMEA and South East Asia/Australia

TORONTO, June 24 /CNW/ - Algorithmics Incorporated, a worldwide leader in
enterprise risk management solutions, today announced the appointment of Hugh
Stewart as the Regional Managing Director of Sales for Europe, Middle-East,
and Africa (EMEA). In addition to his new role, Mr. Stewart will continue with
his responsibilities for Global Strategic Account Management at Algorithmics.

Mr. Stewart brings a wealth of risk management experience to the Algorithmics sales force, having held international senior sales and general management positions at Calleo, SunGard, Misys, Bankers Trust, and Arab Banking Corporation. "His in-depth knowledge of the industry and extensive contacts will be an invaluable asset to the efforts of the Algorithmics' sales teams," said Nigel Cairns, Vice President of Worldwide Sales, Algorithmics.

Algorithmics is also pleased to announce that Graham Nyman has been promoted to Regional Managing Director of Sales and Professional Services for South East Asia and Australia. Mr. Nyman joined Algorithmics in November 2001 from TCA Singapore, where he was the Director for Asia Pacific, responsible for the set-up, management and development of TCA's Asian operation.

In his new role Mr. Nyman will lead the sales effort to secure a strong foothold in the region, notably in Australia and Japan. "His extensive network
and solid understanding of business practice in the region will help us to grow market share and provide superior customer service to our clients," said Mr. Cairns.
