Systor and Main-Control engage in partnership

Cologne, Germany / McLean, Virginia, 27.May 2002: Systor GmbH &Co. KG, Cologne and MainControl Inc., McLean, Virginia,entered a partnership. With Systor, MainControl found a competent partner with the necessary skills and know-how to handle all sales as well as consulting efforts in the German speaking region for the Asset Management Software MC/EMpower. The contract took effect from
the beginning of May.

MainControl's MC/EMpower suite enables companies to gain total control over their entire IT assets. With the software suite,companies will be empowered to handle all lifecycle-related activities that help saving costs.
All type of contracts, including maintenance, rental and leasing contracts can be handled in real-time. Additional benefit are the extensive reporting capabilities that MC/EMpower has to offer.

Further synergies result also because of the fact that both companies recently announced a partnership with Network Associates Inc.,independently from one another. "It was a wise decision to choose Systor for this partnership", said Alex Pinchev CEO and founder of MainControl,Inc. "Together with Systor, NAI and MainControl we will allow customers to be in a unique position to handle all IT asset-related activities."
