"The ability to offer full front-end and back-end functionality to our customers is something we have desired for a long time," said Jeffrey Glazer, vice president for Insurity. "This strategic alliance provides the marketplace with a robust capability for policy processing functionality that is fully integrated with the WINS back-end platform. Such a solid combination is a unique offering in the marketplace today."
As part of the alliance, AITE's WINS products and Insurity's Commercial Intellisys products will be sold as a fully integrated platform, allowing Insurity to offer full processing for all commercial lines of business combined with billing, claims and reinsurance solutions. This agreement gives Insurity the opportunity to offer support and services for both front and back-end systems. Many companies already use these combined services.
"The partnership between Insurity and AITE is a great match and is a formalization of a strong working relationship that has grown over the years. Both companies work closely with their respective clients to provide outsourcing services that directly benefit their organizations, employees and customers," said Paul Madarasz, president of AITE. "We look forward to this solution setting the benchmark for the property-casualty software industry."
