ADP Brokerage Processing Services Reaches Highest Client Satisfaction Levels

New York, NY – July 31, 2002 - ADP Brokerage Services Group, a division of Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (NYSE: ADP), announced record levels of customer satisfaction for its Brokerage Processing Services (BPS) division based on its annual Client Satisfaction Survey.

This survey was implemented in 1998 in order to measure how well ADP meets the expectations of its BPS clients. This year, 92% of its clients rated ADP Very Good or Excellent, reflecting a 9.5% increase over last year’s results. During a challenging year both economically and emotionally, this increase in customer satisfaction is proof of ADP’s dedication to World Class Service.
ADP’s BPS is a flexible, real-time, multi-currency processing system for equities, options, fixed-income securities and mutual funds, complete with automated inquiry, reporting and record-keeping services. It is available on an outsourcing basis.

"We are dedicated to making sure our clients have the tools they need to succeed," said Marianne Brown, senior vice president and general manager, ADP Brokerage Processing Services. "This survey helps us see how we measure up. It allows our clients the opportunity to really look at and evaluate what they get by using ADP. Our customers want premier solutions and extraordinary service and, based on their feedback, that is the kind of value they get from us."
