This survey was implemented in 1998 in order to measure how well ADP meets the expectations of its BPS clients. This year, 92% of its clients rated ADP Very Good or Excellent, reflecting a 9.5% increase over last yearâs results. During a challenging year both economically and emotionally, this increase in customer satisfaction is proof of ADPâs dedication to World Class Service.
ADPâs BPS is a flexible, real-time, multi-currency processing system for equities, options, fixed-income securities and mutual funds, complete with automated inquiry, reporting and record-keeping services. It is available on an outsourcing basis.
