Principia Partners recruits key staff to support international demand

Principia Partners increases staff to meet growing demand for its system to support derivatives, insurance, hedge fund and structured finance operations

Jersey City, New Jersey, July 16, 2002 - Principia Partners LLC, a leading
provider of full front-to-back office systems for global capital markets,
announces further appointments of sales and marketing staff for Europe and he US. This recruitment drive is part of Principia Partners global expansion strategy to support the continuing demand for the Principia System.
The new recruits include:
* David Boldon - global sales manager, previously at FNX;
* John Murray - sales manager for Germany, Ireland and Holland,
previously at MKI;
* Gerald Wilson - sales manager for Scandinavia and France, previously
at Front Capital
* Jean Hogan - senior business analyst for Europe, previously at MKI;
and
* Gordon Chan - director of marketing, previously at Sophis and
Infinity
David Boldon brings 15 years financial markets experience to Principia Partners with extensive buy-side and sell-side experience within capital markets and fixed income. At FNX, David was global head of sales. Prior to this he was at First Interstate Bank as senior vice president of fixed income trading.
John Murray joins Principia Partners from MKI Frustum where he was European sales manager for the OPICS system. Prior to this he was at Kindle Banking Systems as strategic sales manager, responsible for building a team for treasury solutions and developing long-term alliances.

Gerald Wilson joins Principia Partners from Front Capital Systems (part of
SunGard Trading Systems) specializing in lead generation for the global credit derivatives systems. Previously, Gerald was a senior post-sales specialist for Lombard, a derivatives and risk management system and an FX trader at Barclays Bank.
Jean Hogan brings more than 10 years of trading experience in the FX and interest rates markets, and 5 years of financial software sales. At MKI, Jean was lead sales support and top consultant for a treasury and capital markets solution, responsible for major presales development and post-sales mplementation worldwide.
Gordon Chan is responsible for overseeing all strategic marketing and public relations initiatives and brings 10 years of business marketing experience. As marketing director at Sophis, Gordon managed a North American communications program for an equity derivatives software system.

Moving forward, Principia Partners will to continue their recruitment drive to support ongoing sales opportunities.
