ADP Brokerage Processing Services Announce Sales Team Reorganization

New York, NY – July 15, 2002 - ADP Brokerage Services Group, a division of Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (NYSE: ADP), announced today the reorganization of its global sales force and the hiring of a new managing director to further align its sales capabilities with domestic and international customer needs. The reorganization will leverage ADP’s multi-product capabilities and its strategy of being able to process securities transactions in any instrument, in any market, at any time.
In North America, Jim Gregory has joined ADP and the Brokerage Services Group sales force as Vice President and Managing Director. Jim will assume the responsibilities of the team that sells ADP’s services into the regional broker dealers, ECNs, exchanges, and day traders. Jim has extensive sales management experience in the financial information industry and has had a successful career at Reuters, Thomson, and most recently Symphoni Interactive.

In addition to Jim, there are three other Managing Directors in North America. Ivar Eilertsen is responsible for international banks. Helen Miller’s responsibility includes the US banking industry. And Bob Santangelo is handling investment banks.

Internationally, Paul Thomas is responsible for European and Asian sales efforts. His group will promote ADP’s global capabilities across these regions. ADP has clients in 25 countries.

Donald Totter has global responsibility for all aspects of sales within BSG.
