(Nasdaq: IONN), a leading provider of security and management solutions that protect critical infrastructure from internal and external security threats, today announced the appointment of Ted Kaminer as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Kaminer, 43, will oversee ION's overall financial management including accounting and controls, corporate finance, risk management,corporate administration and investor relations. He will be integral to ION's management team in developing the company's strategic roadmap. Prior to this, he served as Senior Vice President, Investment Banking at Berwind Financial Group, L.P. and Vice President, Corporate Finance at Gruntal & Co., Inc.
