IDENTITECH, INC. AWARDED GSA INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SCHEDULE CONTRACT

MELBOURNE, FLORIDA (July ?, 2002) —Identitech, Inc., has been awarded a GSA Group 70 Information Technology Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) for software, maintenance, training and professional services. Identitech’s MAS Schedule, GS-35F-0636M, is for five years with three five-year option periods. All contracts awarded under the MAS program are compliant with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and the Competition in Contracting Act (CICA).

Identitech's enterprise-wide software suite provides online forms, workflow, record management, web delivery, and advanced business intelligence tools for process automation and content delivery and management, in response to the Clinger Cohen Act, the Paperwork Reduction Act and Section 508 legislation.

The acquisition of the GSA contract continues to establish Identitech’s increased presence in local, state and federal government. Recent customers include the Department of Transportation, the State of Arkansas, the City of Clearwater, the City of Fort Lauderdale, Miami Dade County and Los Angeles County.
