Initially, the Criminal Justice Division will use FYI to manage documents and automate processes within the Probation Department. The departmentâs reporting process, which interfaces with all departments throughout the criminal justice system, will be automated using Identitechâs government framework solution, which includes, electronic forms, workflow, and document management. By automating this lengthy and complex process the county will reduce operating cost and provide better service for the Countyâs constituents. Additional projects for various other departments throughout the division are expected to follow.
Identitechâs President and COO, Paul Collins, stated, "The signing of this agreement reinforces our companyâs commitment to the government sector. As more and more local government entities are realizing the efficiencies and cost savings to be achieved through process automation, FYI has become their solution of choice due to its scalability and unique ability to combine various technologies into one complete framework."
