6th September 2001, London - SolutionForge, the UK based provider of
financial Straight-Through Processing solutions, today announced that
Charles Schwab Europe has selected its Windows 2000-based FIX technology
to enable cost-effective STP for the purchase of mutual funds.

FIX.NET Server is being used extensively within the UK's fast developing
electronic funds marketplace, EMX, and allows financial transaction data
to be transferred using the Financial Information Exchange (FIX)protocol. Charles Schwab Europe will use SolutionForge's FIX.NET Server for EMX product to sell mutual funds via their website and route transactions securely to fund managers.

FIX.NET Server for EMX will automate Charles Schwab Europe's trading process, whilst increasing operational efficiencies and reducing costs. The system will be integrated into Charles Schwab's website by the end of 2001.
