Communicating with EasyScreen

London, 22 May 2001: EasyScreen plc ("EasyScreen") which designs and markets innovative software for electronic trading has been appointed as an executive distributor of Communicating Ltd ("Communicating") products, including the matching engine "Aquarius". This agreement is exclusive to certain named corporations in America and the Far East and includes reselling rights to named exchanges in the Far East.

The Aquarius matching engine has been combined with EasyScreen’s leading trading system technology to create an innovative and flexible offering to exchanges, banks and financial institutions. The agreement can be extended to other geographical areas and users.
