London, U.K., 10th July 2001 - HelioGraph, the financial messaging specialist, today announced the opening of its New York office in Manhattan, to support its growing North American client base and two key executive signings.
"HelioGraph has been on a carefully managed growth strategy since inception and now the time is right for us to invest in a New York base to support our growing client base and enhance our relationship with our US partners." comments Amery Thomas, CEO of HelioGraph "Factors such as the introduction of the new ISO15022 SWIFT messages, confusion surrounding the GSTPA/OMGEO offering and the ongoing drive towards achieving T+1, make this a challenging and confusing time for securities industry players worldwide. HelioGraph is ideally placed to assist and we are delighted that we can now offer the very high quality level of customer service our clients have come to expect, directly from our New York office."
In addition to offering established HelioGraph consultants, the New York team now includes two very experienced and well-respected senior Sales Directors, Joe Bellofatto and Mark Waite. Bellofatto's background spans a number of years in senior sales positions within financial messaging specialist companies, most recently SeeBeyond and Mercator. Waite joins from Sybase and was previously a key member of the S.W.I.F.T. North America team.
Patrik Neutjens, Senior Manager S.W.I.F.T. Partner Solutions welcomed the announcement. "HelioGraph's Message Broker product has been awarded SWIFTReady Gold status again this year and they have been working closely with our European team for some time. We now look forward to welcoming them to the North American marketplace and wish them every success."
