Wilco International and GOAL announce alliance to boost reclamation of withholding tax

Wilco International, a wholly owned subsidiary of ADP Inc (NYSE: ADP), today announced an alliance with withholding tax software and services specialist
GOAL (Global Operations and Administration Ltd). The alliance will extend
the range of Wilco's corporate actions solutions by providing access to
GOAL's withholding tax services.

The alliance means that Wilco has declared GOAL as its preferred supplier
for the reclaim aspects of withholding tax processing and also for advanced
Qualified Intermediary administration products and services that are
complementary to its own products and services. The two companies will
collaborate to develop joint opportunities within their respective customer
bases.

Robin Kneale, product manager, Wilco International, said today: "I am
confident that GOAL's expertise in withholding tax reclamation and QI areas
will be of real value to our own relationships with clients who have
corporate actions processing requirements."

Ross McGill, managing director of GOAL, said: "This agreement with Wilco is
a very positive step towards expanding GOAL's global reach. Right now,
withholding tax is one of the hottest areas of custody and has become a
specified benchmark on virtually all custody contracts. The relationship
with Wilco allows us to demonstrate more clearly that our products are the
natural and most effective choice for serious custodians."

Wilco's systems for corporate actions processing include the Gloss
international trade processing and settlement system and Tarot, the UK
retail stockbroking, asset management and custody system. Wilco has also
developed a corporate actions system for its new high-volume Java platform.
For each of these systems, GOAL's software products offer complementary
functionality.
