SDC’s goal of offering "state of the art" client service through high standard industry technology will now be available for clients and investment advisors through real-time portfolio management, holistic portfolio views and advanced front-office simulations tools. The high level of portfolio information will enable the clients and the investment managers to make faster and better investment decisions. "We aim to provide the tools that will facilitate the highest level of client service’, says Allan Christiansen, Head of Development at SDC. Advent Office and Advent Internet Exchange (INX™) will be real-time integrated with the environment of SDC’s Banking Systems. The result will be unique Internet based real-time portfolio views for their clients and investment advisors. As the first solutions agreement in Europe, INX™ will be set for usage up to 350,000 portfolios.
Providing reliability, response time and scalability

SDC focus on client retention
SDC offers all IT-services needed to run a bank in Denmark and acts as an ASP provider for a total of 80 Danish banks. Their services are concentrated within 3 main areas; development and maintenance of Banking systems, data processing in the systems, identification and certification of hardware and standard software. Mogens Mortensen, Head of Investment at Amtssparekassen, the second largest bank serviced by SDC, is content with the choice of the Advent Software solution. "By investing in a scalable technology solution, we can increase the number of clients per investment advisor whilst also improving our client service. Client retention is important in any industry, and we intend to keep our clients happy", says Mortensen.
