Fusion Acusoft was formed in 2020 as the product of a merger between Fusion Systems Limited and Acusoft Limited to provide a broad range of software solutions for financial services businesses that offer their customers outsourced administration of Trust, Company, Fund and Pension structures. The product portfolio includes additional solutions for Regulatory Reporting, KYC / Risk Management, Client web portals and more.


The products address three main requirement areas :
Integrated Administration Solutions: Entity database, Accounting, Statutory Registers, Time & Billing functionality typically used by fiduciary / corporate service providers encompassing Trust, Company, Fund and Pension administration.
Regulatory Reporting & Risk: FATCA & CRS Reporting tool, KYC / CDD / Risk Review, Company Registry integration.
Process Automation & Digitisation : Client web portals, automated onboarding and more.
