EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD
Steve is an angel investor and independent director who has worked primarily in the financial services software space. Current investments include Rivo Software – a UK company in the GRI space, Dovetail a payments software solution and Point9 – a cloud based mid and back office solution.
Steven is a Chartered Accountant and has worked in global investment and retail banks, and also a FTSE 100 company. He is responsible for enabling CloudMargin’s strategy through financial discipline, efficient operations and strong governance, to give our clients the best collateral management experience.
GLOBAL HEAD OF SALES
Karl has spent a majority of his career involved in collateral management and clearing with various institutions. Prior to this position Karl spent 18 years at JPMorgan in both London and Hong Kong where he held regional/global sales roles in the collateral management and clearing businesses.
HEAD OF PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
Simon has worked in the collateral management space since 2008 gaining first hand knowledge of the pain points and opportunities to lead innovation for this community. Simon previously worked at JPMorgan and then joined CloudMargin’s product team, working his way up to lead the Product.
Filipe leads CloudMargin’s growing tech team with skill and creativity, bringing with him a solid development background and broad experience across different business sectors. He focuses on building strong agile teams focused on the CloudMargin customer to deliver value.
HEAD OF PARTNERSHIPS AND CLIENT EXPERIENCE
Lee has over 15 years’ experience within the financial services industry having worked for Nomura, Morgan Stanley and UBS. A frequent speaker at major industry conferences, Lee brings with him a wealth of trading, clearing and settlement knowledge, gained from business development, product development, leadership and strategic advisory positions.
CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER
Kari joined CloudMargin with more than 12 years of experience leading branding, marketing and design projects as a consultant, entrepreneur and marketing strategist based in New York City. Many of her clients have been in the financial services industry, including J.P.Morgan and Nomura. Kari has joined CloudMargin to lead the company’s global marketing strategy.
